Airport Pickup & Dropoff

Airport Dropoff

Your Chauffeur will contact you via TEXT/CALL on the day of pickup when on the way, and again when they arrive outside.

Airport Pickup

Your Assigned Chauffeur will track your flight for early or delayed arrivals and meet you by baggage claim. If you cannot find your driver, do not leave the baggage area. Call (888) 586-1777 immediately.

DTW Pickup Locations:
  • McNamara Terminal: Baggage Claim (Lower Level 1)
  • International Arrivals: Near Currency Exchange
  • Evans Terminal: Baggage Carousel Area

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

All reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to qualify for a Voucher credit toward a future trip (not a cash refund).

Credits are NOT issued if you:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of pickup.
  • Fail to show up (No-Show).
  • Choose another company after booking.

Night/Early Morning Rule: For pickups between 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM, cancellations or changes must be made before 11:00 PM the night prior. Each reservation must be cancelled individually.

Rates, Wait Times & Gratuity

Our service provides licensed premium transportation and is not comparable to Uber or Lyft pricing. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all bookings.

Additional Charges May Include:

  • Card processing fee & Fuel surcharge
  • $15 Airport Fee for all Airport Pickups
  • $25 Meet & Greet service
  • Tolls (if applicable)

*Rates listed are base fares for sedans. SUVs, vans, and limousines are billed at different rates.

Flight Tracking & Wait Time:

All commercial flights are tracked. Grace periods are as follows:

  • Domestic Arrivals: 30-minute grace period
  • International Arrivals: 60-minute grace period
  • Non-Airport Pickups: 15-minute grace period

After the grace period, waiting time charges apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.

Liability & Additional Info

Child Safety Seats

Child safety or booster seats may be provided upon request (fees may apply). The client is solely responsible for installation and assumes all risk and liability for their use. Detroit Airport Metro Limo makes no warranties and assumes no responsibility related to child seat use.

Service Delays & Lost Items

Detroit Airport Metro Limo is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left-behind items in the vehicle. The company is not liable for delays, detentions, or service termination caused by weather, mechanical issues, traffic, construction, accidents, natural disasters, or subcontractors.
